Q3. When can the goods be delivered after order is placed?
Depends on various products, it can be from 20 days to 45 days, exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.
Q4. How long it takes before customers can receive the goods?
Besides production time mentioned above, it will take 10 to 20 days for the ship to Southeast Asia, and 20 to 35 days to Europe, The United States or Africa.
Q5. Are items shown on website ready to deliver after order is placed?
Our company has some finished products that can be delivered directly. But custom Cabinets/ wardrobes must be delivered after the product is finished in our factory. Once the order is confirmed, the furnitures will be in production immediately.Please contact our staff for detailed information.
