2. How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order via Western Union, T/T, and MoneyGram.
We will send an invoice including all cost for confirming the order.
But please notice that we are not responsible for any import tariff or customs clearance fees.
3. Can I order a sample to check the quality?
Yes of course! You can order one or a few set sample to check the quality.
And one set sample cost can be refunded in your next bulk order if the products satisfy the condition.
4. How long can I get my order when I paid for it?
It will be sent within 3 working days after your payment is confirmed.
We will send to you via Express by FedEx, DHL or by air. You will receive it in 3--5 days.
Please notice that we are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues caused by the forwarder.
5. What about the warranty for your products?
Defective items must be returned within 7 days, all returned items must be in its original condition and packaging.
Please notice that artificial damages are out of warranty.
For the items which are out of warranty, customers need to pay freight and new parts changed's cost if need return.
