A: Our products are original hikvision/Dahua, can be neutral version, without their logo if you require.
It means original English OEM version, no hikvision/Dahua logo on boot page or on the outer box or on the camera, the package is a neutral box and carton package.
Q. What's ETA time and stock status?
A: With Sales & Support department and US warehouse, we provide most lines of stock products for our customers, so if stock products, the ETA is about 3-5 days, and for products with bulk quantity, the production time is about 2 weeks.
