Q: If the battery expires, how can I open the safe?
A: If the battery expires, we can still use external battery box or mechnical key to open the safe. All our safe models have the two devices.
Q: How to change master password?
A: When safe is open, input original master password and press "Lock", then input new master password and press "Lock" will change the master password.
Q: How to hide password when using safe?
A: Press "Reset" twice, then press "Lock" will come into hiding mode.
Q: If guest checked out with safe door closed, how can I open the safe?
A: Our safes have both master password and merchanical override key, also have CEU which is a hand hold unit that optional for clients. The safe can be opened by any of above ways.
