1、Product overview
The equipment is controlled by AC variable frequency governor and PLC through switching value or digital value, and dozens of common circuit faults are set for students to practice. The whole set of equipment adopts three five storey group control elevators. Each elevator is controlled by a PLC. The PLC exchanges data through RS-485 serial communication card, and the elevator outbound call is managed uniformly, which is close to the real building elevator control. Through it, students can not only improve the ability of fault detection and troubleshooting, but also understand the on-line programming principle of multiple PLCs, so as to improve their programming skills. The communication interface of the whole system adopts an open structure and can be connected to the teaching network, which can become a part of the building intelligent control system.
