The raw SUS 304 material:

The workers will cut the raw materials as the pieces rectangular steel plate by plasma cutting.

Then the workes will welding the bodies of the tanks manually;

Workers will start to make the conic top and conic bottom by using the coiling machine. 

After the steel plates are rolled by the coiling machine, workers will welding the conic top and conic bottom well.

Then they will use the folding machine to flod the  conic top and conic bottom.

The process of buffing for the conic top and conic bottom.

The process of buffing for the inside and outside of tank.

After all these works are finished, workers will welding the conic top and conic bottom together with the tank body manually.
