Product Description
MIC600 online fixed sulphur hexafluoride gas detection alarm is used for 24-hour continuous online monitoring of the concentration of sulphur hexafluoride gas on site, temperature and humidity measurement, on-site concentration display, over-standard sound and light alarm, remote signal transmission. It adopts 1.7-inch high-definition color screen for real-time display, and adopts gas sensors of internationally renowned brands. The main detection principles are: electrochemical, infrared, catalytic combustion, thermal conductivity, PID photoion and other principles of gas sensors, Swiss high-precision capacitors Type digital temperature and humidity sensor. Advanced circuit design, mature core algorithm processing, unique appearance design, and obtained a number of software works and appearance patents.
The detector is suitable for detecting gas concentration in pipelines or confined spaces and atmospheric environments; gas leakage and various background gases are high-concentration single gas purity of nitrogen or oxygen. It can detect more than 500 kinds of gases. The durable explosion-proof shell and fluorocarbon paint surface treatment process are suitable for various dangerous places and strong corrosive environments, and are resistant to wear.

Real-time monitoring can be performed through wired or wireless remote transmission and network transmission; standard bus RS485 (modbus-RTU) and 4-20mA standard signal output at the same time; optional frequency output 200-1000Hz, Hart protocol signal, 1～5V output, wireless transmission (2～5km or unlimited distance); Compatible with secondary instrument, data acquisition module, PLC, DCS system, and can drive related equipment. Optional MIC2000 controller can monitor 1000 detectors at the same time.
★ Infrared remote control.
The standard infrared remote control is equipped with one-button operation through the function keys of the infrared remote control, which can realize the operation without opening the cover in dangerous situations, such as: modify the alarm point, concentration calibration, zero point calibration, silence, restore the factory and other functions.
★ Human-machine interface.
2.5 inch high-definition color screen, display real-time concentration, alarm, time, temperature, humidity, storage information, the menu interface uses high-definition simulation graphics to display the function names of each menu.
★ Large-capacity data storage function, support multiple storage methods, optional remote wireless transmission function.

★ Graphical display to reflect the trend of gas concentration change in a curve in a period of time.
★ Data recovery function.
Partial or full recovery can be selected, eliminating worries caused by wrong operation.
