Q: who are we?
A: We are based in Zhejiang, China, start from 2016,sell to South America(30.00%),Western Europe(30.00%),Mid East(15.00%),Eastern,Asia(10.00%),North America(10.00%),Eastern Europe(5.00%). There are total about 11-50 people in our office.
Q: How would you control the quality?
A: To confirm the order, we will check with you of the product detailed specification, such as product size, material, leather/fabric color, according to the sample confirmed, and make sure it acts strictly the same to the mass production. When come into production, we will tracing every process by QC inspectors. And we will also take photos of every process to you to update your information. When production finished, you can designate inspectors or third part to check the goods, we will do our best to cooperate with them and solve problems when ocurred.
Q: Why don't provide your test certification for each products ?
A: It's unrealistic for us to take every product to test. We can only provide test reports for most of the spare parts, such as,
leather, base, caster, gas lift. That means the quality of our spare parts can pass that testing rules, meet the requirements of the certificate needs. So if you need some specified test certificate, we can arrange for you and paid by your side.
Q:Do you accept the order with different model and color in one container?
A:Yes,we can accept order with mixed model and different color.
Q:Charge for sample?
A:Prepaid, and will return when you put the mass order (Reach 40HQ )
Q:What’s your after-sale services?
(1)Guiding installation and daily using.
(2) We have 2-year quality warranty. For customer complaints, we will give a reasonable solution within 48 hours by replacement or maintenance.
(3) 24 hours on-line contacting and phone call stand-by for after-sale service.
