◆ It can effectively control the formation of inorganic salts such as CaCO3 and CaSO4
◆ Increase the fluidity of the slurry, prevent local overheating, uneven distribution of materials on the heat transfer surface,
and organic fouling caused by scorching

DP208 is a high-performance scale inhibitor and dispersant for corn steep liquor concentration system, which can significantly
reduce the risk of scaling and corrosion of pipelines and equipment. According to different corn steep liquor raw materials and
working conditions, the main ingredient ratio and dosage of the agent will be adjusted accordingly. Especially suitable for corn
steep liquor multi-effect evaporator, the use of this scale inhibitor dispersant can prolong the cleaning cycle of the system and
reduce the cost of cleaning and replacing equipment.

①Dosing point
In order to achieve the maximum efficiency, the corn steep liquor scale inhibitor and dispersant DP208 should be added before the
multi-effect evaporator, and the actual output of the dosing metering pump must be calibrated before adding. When dosing, note
that it should be continuously added and proportional to the inlet flow rate of corn steep liquor to maintain the recommended
dosage level.
②Dosing amount
The dosage is the dosage of the standard solution of the medicine required in the unit volume of corn steep liquor, that is, the
dosage of the standard solution in the corn steep liquor. The conventional dosage is 100-200ppm.
③Instructions for pharmaceutical preparation
DP208 corn steep liquor scale inhibitor and dispersant can be added directly or diluted in any proportion (diluted with RO water
or deionized water). If it needs to be added after dilution or the index of corn steep liquor changes, please consult our
professional engineers for the specific dosage.
The material of dosing equipment is recommended to use stainless steel, polyethylene, PVC.

This product is packed in 25 kg plastic drums. Product performance is stable, and the storage period is two years.
