3) Selection of partition style，（if you have no idea we can recommend according to drawing size) /colour of Decorative surface material (Multiple options).
Q3 : What is the standard size ?
A3 : Our product is CUSTOMER MADE. We always manufacture wall partition according to buyer's dimensions.
Q4 : What is your delivery time?
A4 : We commonly have silver aluminum materials and leather or fabrics for surface decoration. We generally have stocks within 100 square meters, and the production time is about 7 days for 500 square meters, and 15 days for 500 square meters. Each additional 100 square meters requires more. Two days
Q5 : What is your payment terms?
A5 : If we don't need our installation, pay the rest before picking up the goods. If we need to install, pay 80% of the total
payment before picking up the goods, and pay after the remaining installation is completed。30% - 50% of total amount by T/T when confirmed the order 。
Q6 : What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?
A6 : 5 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, accessories working properly under correct operation.In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 3-10 days.
