2. Can you provide sample first before I place mass production order?
---Yes,we can provide samples as your reference, and when you plan an order more than 1000PCS, the samples charge will be refunded;
3. What is your MOQ?
---For Davena brand watches which we have in stock,we accepet orders like 50PCS. You can mix order by different models in different color;
---For OEM order with customer's Logo, the MOQ depends on different models. Usually, for brass material, the MOQ is 300PCS, for stainless steel material, the MOQ is 500PCS;
4. What's the delivery time?
---For Davena brand watches in stock, the delivery can be arranged in 3-5 days after the order is confirmed and payment finished.
---For OEM orders,the delivery time depends on which model you have ordered.Usually, the lead time is around 35-90 days due to your detailed request.
5. How about shipping methods?
---If you have a courier in China, goods can be sent to your courier after payment.
---If no have cooperated courier ,we will check the shipping details and cost for you after your final order is confirmed;
6. How about your products quality?
---Davena brand watches are at least 3ATM water resistant, 100% tested by Waterproof Testing Machine.
---Davena brand watches are vacuum plated. The color would last at least 2 years.
---For OEM or ODM watches, we will manufacture the products according to your requirements. It can comply with CE&RoHS, Nickle free, etc. You can arrange your QC team or hire the third party to test the watches before delivery.
7. How long is your warranty time?
---Normally for all the watch parts about one year.
8. What's your payment terms?
---For Davena brand watches in stock, generally, our buyers will arrange full payments in advance as delivery will be arranged within 3 to 5 days.
---For OEM or ODM order with custom logo, 30%-50% deposit before production, 70%-50% balance before delivery.
9.Are you factory or trade company?Can I visit your factory?
