1. Can you customize design for us?
Yes, we have professional team with rich experience of scale  design. Just tell us your design or send us the technical drawing you want, we can customize according to your request. Or you can tell us your ideas, and our engineer can design according to it.

2. Can I place my company logo on your product?
Yes. But to avoid some conflicts, please check with our sales team before applying.

3. How about your quality, we are worry about the quality.
We strictly manufacture and manage according to IOS9001:2000 System. And can match the entire CE standard or more strict standard. Our products are running well in more than 20 countries.

4. Is it convenient for us to visit your factory?
Our company located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. Our factory to Shanghai Pudong Airport is only 3 hours to drive. And if take bullet train, only 45 minutes. We can pick you up from airport as well as the train station. Welcome you and your team to visit us at any time!

5. Your price is high, is there any discount?
We always provide high quality products with reasonable prices. Our scales and hoist have enough quality standards to make sure the scale can work at different surrounding situations. Quality deserves the price, and good quality will help you attracting more business in your market. Anyhow, price are negotiable when you have big quantity demand.

6. What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is generally 1 unit. For small items and accessories, we also can accept shipping by DHL or other couriers. You are welcome to contact us for any quantity orders.

7.Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most forms of monetary payment such as T/T direct transfer, L/C. Please get in touch with our sales managers to check if your payment option is acceptable.

8.What is your shipping & delivery time?
Our delivery time always quick. Once we confirmed the order, then we check whether we have stocks. If not enough, we will try our best to deliver. Usually, no more than 1 month.
