Product Introduction
Muffle furnace, also known as electric furnace, resistance furnace, Maofu furnace and Muffle furnace. It is a universal heating equipment, which can be divided into box furnace, tube furnace and crucible furnace according to its appearance. Used for sample pretreatment in pharmaceutical industry, industrial and mining enterprises and analytical chemical industry, analysis of moisture, ash, volatile, ash melting point in coal quality analysis, etc.

4. The box shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled sheet, treated with phosphoric acid film salt and sprayed at high temperature;
5. The heating wire adopts imported alloy materials, with uniform heating temperature and fast heating speed, which is very suitable for the chemical industry;
6. Refractory insulation materials are ceramic fiberboard and cotton, with good insulation performance and light weight;
7. All thermocouples are made of stainless steel armored structure, with high temperature control accuracy and long life;
8. It has the function of the furnace door opening and power failure protection system, which more effectively protects the life safety of the operators;
9. With the function of detecting the ambient temperature, it can automatically calculate the starting temperature and speed up the heating time;
10. Program heating and cooling can be set, constant temperature time control, when the constant temperature time is reached, automatic shutdown;
11. Stainless steel inner doors are used around the door frame of the furnace, which is easy to clean and maintain after high temperature calcination, durable and beautiful;
12. The temperature control instrument adopts digital tube display and intelligent temperature control PID temperature controller. It has the functions of high temperature control precision, self-tuning and fault self-diagnosis;
13. Install an effective cooling fan, which can effectively protect and extend the service life of the electric furnace.
