Packing details :
1.For Mold: Firstly assembling and clearing mold well,and then paint anti-rust fog or grease on mold,then cover with thin film and place it into a stable wooden case.
2.For molded products : Wrap each part up with semi-transparent thin foam,and put it into plastic bag;Packed into cartons with thin sponge plates to prevent scratches.

1. How many molds could you make every month?
You could advise us the size,color,material,surface,rear adhesive, etc. requirements. And you'd better send us the drawing together with panton color or RAL color.
2. What is the delievery time?
Delivery time for samples is about 7-10days.The quantities order would take 2 weeks. For complicated products should take 2-3 weeks.
3. Is the prototype necessary?
Yes.Most of the items are customzied orders,so the prototype will be sent to customer for approval.
4. What's the terms of payment?
As the client need,we mainly receive trade assurance,TT,west union,PayPal etc.
