XWM series motors are new products, developed by combining advantages of similar products at home and abroad with practical experience of our company accumulated over one decade. XWM seriesmotors are characterized by wide range of displacement, great interchangeabilitu (We produce lots ofnon-standards products, which can replace similar products at home and abroad.), Great durabilityand good design.
The main parts are processed by machining center and CNC machine tool, all seals. The high strength inner hexagon screw is imported from Germany, Italy and Taiwan. The casting adopts polyester sand to cast ductile iron, thus ensuring that the product performance and appearance quality exceed the level of similar domestic products. It has the following characteristics:
1. The eccentric curved structure is adopted, so the shaft and the five piston with lower excitation frequency have the
characteristics of low noise.
2. High starting torque, good stability at low speed, and stable operation at very low speed.
3. The Plane compensation of patented technology is thrust plate, with good reliability and less leakage: the piston and cylinder
body are sealed by a new type of seal ring, so it has high volumetric efficiency.
4. The crankshaft and connecting rod are supported by rollers, and the combination of piston and connecting rod adopts patented
technology, so it has high mechanical efficiency.
5. The rotation direction is reversible, and the output shaft allows certain radial and axial external forces.
6. It has high power mass ratio and relatively small volume mass.
