Usage
This kit is used to quantitatively detect the content of creatinine in human serum or urine in vitro.
Background of Clinical Indications
It is used to assist in the diagnosis of various renal diseases in the middle and advanced stages. Increased: seen in patients with acromegaly, gigantism, diabetes, infection, hypothyroidism, eating meat, exercise, intake of drugs (such as vitamin C, levodopa, methyldopa, etc.). Decreased: seen in patients with nephritis, uremia, severe congestive heart failure, hyperthyroidism,anemia, muscular dystrophy, leukemia, vegetarians, and taking androgens, thiazides, etc.
