Company Profile
Our company was established in 1990 in Shenzhen, as an original supplier of high precision plastic injection parts, that were mainly exported to the US and Japan.
in 2000 we expanded our facilities and capabilities, covering an area of 11.000 square meters, for manufacturing both plastic molds and injection parts in our house.
In 2006 we set up our rubber house in Dongguan with land size of 8000 sqm.
Customize OEM rubber parts for electronic, home alarm system, medical, and automotive products with different colors and materials such as silicone, NBR, NR, SR, Viton and EPDM, P+R, silicone+metal dome/Polydome/circuit are available in RiLong. We have done many kinds of silicone keypads with conductive pills/ silk printing/pad printing/ spraying/ matt coating/ laser etching/drop coating/ epoxy per customer's various designs and specifications.

5. The leadtime of Plastic mold: 30 workings day, depends on the part's structure. For rubber mold, will be 18 working days. It will take 7-30 days on Mass prodcuction goods, depends on the quantity.

1. What kind of trade terms can you do?
EXW Factory, FOB SZ can be accepted.
2.What is your terms of payment?
50% Mold cost deposit and balance mold cost 50% after the sample is accepted by customer. Mass production cost needs to be paid along with PO. We only accept T/T

10 samples will be provided for each mould test free of charge. (FREIGHT COLLECT)

5. What is the mold flow process?
Just for your reference, here below is our mold flow process for your better understanding our progress. 1st: Within 2-3 working days, we will provide tool DFM, or other specifications for customer confirmation; 2nd: After above is confirmed, we will go to start ordering the mold materials, and arrange the mold schedule to fabricate the mold within 20 working days.( leadtime is depended by the part's structure) 3rd: We will process next when receive customer's proof report, when the samples are approved, we will use the standard for future production.
Depending on customer requirements, 200K / 300K / 500K is acceptable.
