Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra Charge?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: How long to receive my sample after I pay the sample cost? And is it available to test my market in small order to start?
A: Sample will be ready within 3-5 workdays, so you will get the sample about one week. Small order to test your market is available, the quantities is at least 100 pairs would be better.
Q: Does it has a good seal when upside down? Heat Resistant? Too soft when you hold it?
A: Yes, it is absolutely high sealing with lock ring, great option for sport! Of course the silicone's heat resistant up to 230℃, you could hold it with the grip plastic sleeve. Regarding the soft, we could make the material a little hardness.
