E-mag series electromagnetic flowmeter is used for measuring the volumetric flowrate of conductive liquid and serous fluid in the closed pipe, and is applicable to chemicals, power, mining and metallurgy, petroleum, water supply and drain, paper making, medicine, foods and so on.
a) The measurement is not affected by the change in density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity of the fluid;
b) There is no part which may obstruct the flow in the measuring tube. No pressure loss, low requirement for the straight pipe;
c) Inside nominal diameter is DN3-DN3000. Multiple choices are available for the lining of sensor and electrode material;
d) The converter adopts new excitation mode, low power consumption, stable zero point, high accuracy. Measurement range reaches 1500: 1;
e) The converter could be integrated or separated from the sensor;
f) The flowmeter has bidirectional measuring system and is installed with three integrators: forward total volume, reverse total volume and total difference; it can display forward flow and reverse flow volume in varied outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, HART;
g) The converter has self-inspection and self-diagnosis function;
h) Explosion-proof type can be used in explosion-proof sites.
