Wood pallet feet block press machine introduction
Wood pallet feet block press machine is mainly used to make blocks/feet/log for pallets, which is can be used in packing industry and logistics. The raw material can be wood shavings, sawdust and so on. The pallet blocks have the charasteristics of smooth surface, water proof ,and durable for use.
Wood sawdust block making machine production line is consist of four main machines: the crusher, the dryer, the gluing machine and the hot press machine(main machine of the wood block production line).
A: Crusher: if the material is bigger than 5mm, we need to crush the material into 5*5mm for further processing;
B: Dryer: If the material's moisture is above 15%, we need to dry the material before mixing with glue;
C: Gluing machine: 16-17% glu for 100kg raw material, glue water amount 100-120kg/m3.
D: Hot press machine(press the material into wood blocks).
The size of the wood blocks are as per your request, such as 75*75mm, 80*100, 80*120, 90*90, 90*140, 100*100, 100*115, 100*140, 140*140, 145*145 etc.
