What do you sell?

Roasted coffee. We do not sell green coffee. 

What types of coffees do you sell?

We sell coffee from all origins. We have a group of main coffees that we work the most, but can provide under specific order practically any other coffee in the world. Let us know your needs. 

What is the MOQ?

We are industrial factory and usually sell per pallet or container but we do accept small orders of 100 kgs. 

How many kilograms go in a 20´container?

11 European pallets of 576 kgs each, with a total of 6336 kgs. 

I need less. Can that be done?

Consult with us. It would have to be with different bags (price of bags apart), filled manually instead of using our machinery. In this case, we can offer a minimum of half a pallet which is our roast minimum, for we roast per order and do not save coffee. 

How much is 1 pallet?

• 250-gram bags: 576 kgs. That is 2304 bags of 250 grams in 144 boxes of 16 bags each.
• 1 kg-bags: 576kg. 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Colombia or Spain. 

What countries are part of the European Union? What does that mean?

Benefits?

There are no customs between countries in the EU. You do not need to add taxes to our prices (if you are a company with VAT number). If you are a company outside the EU, you do not need to add taxes either.  

What exactly is your company?

We are a family-owned coffee factory and international coffee wholesalers and specialists in Private Label Coffee, for coffee. We are probably the only company in the world to offer an absolutely complete and simplified Private Label Coffee service with pre-designed labels and the possibility to edit to any language with our team of international designers. Or we can offer you customized bags with your own design.

Advantages of bags with labels versus printed bags?

Printed bag: A printed bag is the typical bag you see everywhere, such as in supermarkets, where the design is on the printed bag. This option is easier and more practical and cheaper  if you plan to sell very high volumes of coffee, thousands of bags per month, for example. 

Disadvantage? You would have to pay for a printing roll.  But with high volume the final price is much lower given that you would have bulk prices. 

Bag with labels: They are plain, high-quality black matte bags that we manufacture, where labels are placed on the front end. On the side we put the necessary info required by law for export. More work is put into this type of bag but… we love it! We love it for we can play and design and create. A coffee brand can be fresh, joyful and dynamic by creating new designs all the time! You can create bags for Christmas, Ramadan, Valentine´s Day, Easter, Company Events, Company gifts and so many other ideas! 

How much do the label designs cost?

The use of the label designs in our Design Section in myowncoffeebrand.com is free of charge for our clients. Also the editing of the text.

How does the Private Label service work for the option of bags with labels?

1- You choose your label design from the labels we have to offer. Or you send us your own label (ask us for details).

2- You send us your text for the label, in your language of choice. All these labels can be edited to change text.  Our international designers do it for you for free

3- We prepare your bags with your labels on them.

4- We roast your coffee. It can be whole bean or ground, same price. 

5- We package your coffee.

6- We ship your coffee to you anywhere in the world.

All of this done with direct and constant communication via phone and WhatsApp with your Account Executive. Hassle and stress-free. 

Can I use my own designer?

Definately. You can use your own designer.

Can you add cardomom?

Yes, we can do that. You would have to indicate percentages. 

Can you roast as per our indications?

We can offer 6 types of roast levels, but the general ones are light, medium and dark.

Can you grind as per our indications?

We usually grind medium but let us know your needs. 

What shipping options do you offer?

We can ship by sea, air or land, depending on destination and volume order.  

What is shelf life?

Shelf life is 2 years, certified by laboratory.
