1.Features of MG7340 (MM7340) grinding machine
The general structure of this machine is that the drag plate of the work table moves right and left as the
wok table rotates, which improves the efficiency more times than that of the grinding machine with
rectangular table. The right and left moving speed of the work table is controlled by the hydraulic stepless
speed regulating mode, and the rotational speed of the work table is controlled by the AC motor speed
control by variable frequency. The work table can incline ±10o around the horizontal axis, in order to process
concave-convex shaped work pieces. The circular slideway of work table uses super high-precision bearings,
which improves the rigidity of contacting track. The grinding head spindle, with a rapid lifting and drop
system, is in the use of the supporting structure of static pressure bearings equipped with a
wind-cooling oil supply system, and is directly driven by a loaded electric motor, which
helps this spindle with lower temperature rise, but higher rotational precision.
