1. Is there a minimum order quantity for rubber products in your factory?
Answer: Generally, there is no minimum order quantity, 10 pieces or 50 pieces are ok, but the relatively large quantity will definitely cost more.
2. Can your factory provide rubber samples?
Answer: Of course you can. But if I sample here, there may not be products that are the same as yours, but the material is the same. You can check the quality of our products first, but the freight needs to be arranged by yourself.
3. Is it necessary to open a mold for product customization? How is it charged?
Answer: Generally, there are no standard parts for rubber products. Except for O-rings and water seals, we generally need to mold other products. To open the mold, you need to charge the mold fee. The size of the mold and the number of cavities are determined according to the difficulty, size, and quantity of the product.
4. how do you want to make a sample first, and how long will it take?
Answer: If you want to make a sample, you have to charge a sample fee, ranging from 100-300 yuan, because some small molds are opened according to your drawings or samples. It is impossible for every customer to request free proofing, so the cost is still quite large of. Proofing time is about 3-4 days, depending on the difficulty of the product.
5. What is the daily output of your factory?
Answer: Depending on the size of the mold and the number of holes, some products are large and thick, and only a few can be produced a day, some with hundreds of holes, and it is common to make tens of thousands a day.
