Watch customization process
1. confirm details with sale about quantity, size, colors, etc
2. customer arrange the deposit payment
3. confirm 2D rendering of all details
4. confirm 3D construction drawing if new molding
5. we will process to mass production of parts
6. we will offer update in production
7. we will assemble one piece watch for approval, then continue the mass assembling and packing.
8. customer arrange the balance payment
9. we arrange the shipping to customer. / Or customer pick them up if they have agent in China.
W: Prices will be different if different requirements about material, movement, quantity, etc. Please contact us, we will offer best prices for you. Price is negotiable.
Q2. What's your MOQ?
W: It mainly depends on the material and the models you choose. If stainless steel model, the MOQ is 300pcs, 100pcs each color; If alloy model, the MOQ is 500pcs, 200pcs each color; If existing models, the MOQ is 100pcs
Q3. How about the sample? Can I get it for free? And the sample delivery time?
W: Usually, the sample cost would be 100usd/pcs for quartz / digital watch; USD $200-400/pc for mechanical watches. But sample fee is refundable if we can confirm order within one month. For the time, if our existing model, we can send within 24 hours. If OEM sample, the time is about 30-45 workdays.
Q4 . What's the delivery time?
W: Normally, it's 35 – 45 workdays after confirm details and order detials. But shipping has to be arranged after we receieving the balance.
Q5 .What's your packing options?
W: We offer two packing options for our customers.
1. Free packing, our normal packing is 1pc/poly bag+ Opp bag + carton.
2. Customized packing box. but it need extra charge, and the MOQ is 300pcs.
Q6. Can you make our own logo or design?
W: Sure, your own logo is welcome, and we can make it free for you. Your logo can be customized on dial, caseback, band, buckle and packing boxes. Also your own design is welcome, It's no problem to produce according to your provided samples or designs. And we will keep them secret.
Q7.What about the warranty?
W: All the goods would be 100% inspected through our QC department before shipment. But any problems that you find after receiving the goods, please contact us immediately for solutions. We provide 8-12 months warranty from the date of delivery. We can repair the defect part for free and stand half of the freight.
Q10: What's your production capacity per month?
W: Our production capacity per month is 300,000pcs.
Q11: Do your watches meet Europe & American standard? And what kinds of certificate would you have?
W: Yes, our watches can meet Europe & American standard. such as CE, ROHS, REACH, etc. It's OK to offer certificates, but we need extra charge for testing fee.
Q12: Would you have your own design team to design watches as our request?
W: Of course, Our designers can help to draw the rendering as your ideas within 24 hours. If based on our exising models, it's free of charge. But if creat a totally new design, we need extra design charges, and the time need about one week.
Q13. What material avaliable can I use for watch cases?
W: There are many materials you can choose, such as stainless steel, ceramic, brass, alloy, wood, plastic, etc. But It's mainly depends on your budget or market. You can talk with our sales, we will offer best advice do you.
Q14: What's your payment terms?
W: We can accept TT/ Western Union/ Credit card/ E-checking. Alibaba Trade Assurance is welcome.
Usually the deposit payment is 30% , the rest balance is paid off before shipping. But if order amount less than $1500, please pay full amount to us to avoid high bank fee.
Q15: Can you ship to my country? How long will the shipment take?
W: Sure, if you dont have shipping agent, we can also help to ship the goods. You can choose to ship by Sea, by air, by Express such as DHL/ Fedex / UPS etc according to your order quantity. The cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watches models, packing and shipping method, for sure we will recommending the most economic one for you. For the time, Express is the fastest way, about 3-7 days. We will confirm the finnal shipping cost after packing. You can pay it with balance.
