Non steam curing foam concrete block equipment is a set of equipment for producing foam concrete blocks, such as fly ash, sand, stone powder, tailings, slag, construction waste, cement and so on. The production line adopts chemical foaming and vertical stirring. The block has the advantages of high strength, uniform porosity, stable forming, high output and low cost. The production line adopts open mold, dry cutting, and the finished product rate reaches 100%, which completely gets rid of the problems of difficult demoulding and cutting; the production is convenient and easy to master, the cutting specifications can be adjusted, and the blocks can meet the JC / t1062-2007 national standard.
Working Principle
The working principle of this generation line: the materials are transported from the weighing bin to the intelligent batching and mixing station for foaming mixing through the screw conveyor. The automatic control system of the foaming mixer controls the water supply to fully mix the aggregate, water and foaming agent. After three to five minutes of maturity, the mixed mortar is released to the open mold box below by starting the pneumatic valve for discharging Foam and rest in the mold, and lead by the mold tractor. Then the next empty mold is pushed to the bottom of the mixing station by the mold pusher, and so on.
After resting, the embryo body runs for two to three hours and then arrives at the plane cutter to cut the upper plane. After reaching the required height, it will run to the lift ferry position to lift the mold, and the empty mold box will return to the state before reuse.
After the first longitudinal cutting by the automatic cutting saw, the brick embryo after lifting the mold is lifted by the mold lifting machine, rotated horizontally for 90 degrees, and cut horizontally for the second time. The brick embryo after vertical and horizontal cutting becomes a block of brick body. (the brick size can be adjusted on the vertical and horizontal cutting machine.)
The cut bricks are palletized by palletizer, and the palletized bricks can be cured by membrane or by watering. And so on, the cycle is completed, so as to carry out large-scale production
