Silk braided surgical suture is a non-absorbable sterile surgical suture composed of an organic protein called fibroin. This protein is derived from the domesticated species Bombyx Mory (B.Mori) of the family Bombycidae.

dyed ) or white (undyed) and twisted uncoated
