Protelon concentrate is a pea texturate-concentrate with protein content of no less than 50% obtained by unique "green" method of Partner-M due to which the protein content is increased two times.

* various granulometry: 1-3 mm – small mince, 3-5 mm – large mince, 20-40 mm – chuncks, “balls”, “beef stroganoff”
* hydration degree — 1:3 – 4.2
* hydration rate at t = +2-4°С — 12-15 min (“minced meat”), 30-40 min (for a larger fraction, i.e. “beef stroganoff”)
