Product Application
The DGZ carbonated drink filling monoblock is used to fill carbonated drinks into polyster or glass bottles.Washing,filling,sealing can be carried out on the same machine.The design of the machine is scientific and reasonable.The appearance is beautiful and the function is complete.Its operation and employed.The speed of filling is fast and the liquid amount is controleed accurately.The filling device can be stopped automatically when there is no bottle or bottles are damaged.The advanced auto-washing technology is used in the system.Pneumatic valve and damped gears are used for bottle conveying,the noise is low and the whole machine runs smoothly with low noise.The magnetic torque is used for screw capping.The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps.The power of the screw capping can also be fixed and the caps will not be damaged,the capping is reliable.Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damaging the surface of caps,and when there is shortage of caps in the caps storage tank,an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically.The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine.
Main Features
<1>The suspending bottle-neck clamping design make the bottle stable during the high-speed moving conditions.By changing a few parts,it can meet the need of production of different types of bottles easily.
<2>The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle's screw thread.Nozzles in the grab can guarantee the complete wash of the interior of the bottle.
<3>Magnetic torque is used for screw capping,and the power of screw capping can be adjusted steplessly.Capping is reliable and do no harm to the caps.
<4>The advanced technologies from Germany and Italy are introduced.Isobaric filling technology is used in this machine.Filling is quick and the amount of the liquid can be controlled accurately.Also the beverage-holding tank is full-closed and the CIP interface is installed.
<5>Horizontal swirl wind-power cap-managing device is used to avoid damaging the surface of the cap.And when there is shortage of caps in the caps storage tank,caps will be fed automatically.
Rinsing Part
<1>Rinsing water distributor ensure each working position has stable water supply, as well as cut the rinsing water consumption.
Filling Part
<1>Material of filling valve and tank are made from stainless steel 304L.
<2>High speed and precision filling technology, filling flow rate is 35% higher than Newamstar's second generation filling technology (reaches to 200ml/s), liquid level precision ≤±2mm;.
<3>Circline liquid tank, the liquid level is controlled by floating ball.
Capping part
<1>High speed and high precision capping technology and ensure capping inferior ≤0.2%.
<2>Capping air tightness ≥ 99.99%

Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of training is structure and maintenance of equipment, control and operation of equipment. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat different failures.
