Features:
Biqian Hair Color Cream has a unique color-fixing and conditioning formula with low ammonia content and 100% coverage of grey hair which gives hair a natural, pliant look after dyeing.
Usage:
Mix with developer at the ratio of 1:1. For shades higher than level 8, the recommended ratio is 1:1.5. Leave the mixture on hair for 30 minutes. If the room temperature is above 24℃, heating is not needed.
