Return policy

 1. After you receive it and before you open the weft head, you can return it to us in 5 days to get 100% refund for your hair but not including shipping cost.

 2. After you open the package and weft head but before you use it, if you find any quality issue on weft head or hair itself, you can return to us to get replacement. In such case, we pay for the shipping cost of new replacement but you need to pay for the shipping cost to send it back.

 3. After you use it, the cause of the issue is hard to be defined due to human hair weft is natural product, we don't support on refund.

 1— What is the deference between a lace front wig and a full lace wig?

A full lace front wig is capable of being parted anywhere on the scalpThey work great if you are going to have the hair going back giving a completely natural hairline worn back or down. Lace Front:Lace Front is usually a small piece of nylon net that extends about 1 inch outward from the front of the base unit. The Lace Front can be trimmed and easily customized to the desired hairline. It is very natural looking and better in hotter climates but is not as durable as thin skin.

Thin Skin: Thin Skin bases are more durable and also gives the appearance of hair growing from the scalp. The bottom layer of thin skin base is a thin specially blend of Polyurethane materials that can accommodate any kind of attachment (bonding, tape etc), but is best used in cooler climates.
