PVD-N180/PVD-N360

The PVD series pumps are suitable for use in medium or high vacuum pumping system in laboratories
and plant, indoors.
The PVD series are old-fashioned, but well proven in reliability and quiet in operation. It is recommended to use the rotary pump oil “ULVOIL® R-7” specified by ULVAC but any good quality mechanical vacuum pump oil can be usable with the PVD series, although you are suggested to consult with a vacuum specialist.

This model enhances the oil volume, can reduce the temperature of the pump oil, and reduce oxidation and deterioration of pump oil, prolong the life span of oil. Other, for the general vacuum devices, can reduce pump in steam and dust caused by the extent of oil pollution. So, can reduce the oil change frequency, reduce the cost.
