Nickel base tungsten carbide powder
It mainly refers to the addition of high-hardness wear-resisting material WC on the basis of nickel-based self-melting alloy to make it have better wear-resisting performance. Widely used in high wear resistance and impact parts, such as wear - resistant lining board, cutting teeth, fan blade, screw conveyor and other parts.
Ni-WC is a high hardness nickel chromium borosilicate alloy and a medium proportion of tungsten carbide coated dispersion powder. The welding layer has better wear resistance of stress abrasive particles, better corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance, and is difficult to be machined, which is worse than Ni60A spray welding. Suitable for oxy-acetylene flame or plasma spray welding process, often used to require wear resistance of particles, such as guide plate. Scraper, fan blade, screw conveyor, etc.
