2.What certificates do you have for your products?

We have CE (EMC, LVD), RoHS, GS, CB, LFGB, ETL/Cetl, etc.

3.How many days needed for preparing sample?

Usually, 3-5 working days after confirmation.

4.What’s your lead time for mass production?

Usually, 15-35 days. It depends on your order quantity and detailed request.

5.Can you do OEM/ODM order?

Yes, including customer’s LOGO and packing printing design.

6.What’s your warranty for order?

We provide customer with long time after sales with technology support. We will be responsible for original quality problem within 1 year.

7.What’s your payment term?

T/T (HSBC bank) and Paypal,Western Union or Alibaba trade assurance. Other payment is also negotiable.
