Factory introduction

Broadwell Manufacturing Park is the biggest in current world and the only air dome facto-ry base in China.
The manufacturing park and air dome production workshop #1 and workshop #2 were completed in 2015 and in 2017 respectively.
The park covers a total area of 33,145 ㎡ and has two air dome clean room with an area of 9,000 ㎡ and 6,400 ㎡ respectively.
The air dome production workshop is large enough to meet the spreading operation of the membrane. The membrane can be strictly cut, welded and perforated according to the design drawings.
The manufacturing park is equipped with the most advanced membrane and steel cable production and processing equipment，such as the track-type integrated cutting machine , the heat-sealing machine. the longest 120-meter rail machine in China.
The manufacturing park annual production capacity will reach 5 million square meters.

FAQ
1. Will the Air-Dome collapse, if it is made a hole? Small damage to the air dome will not affect the safety of the building itself. Timely repair can solve the problem. If a large hole is punched (the area is more than 1m2), the air pressure inside the building will change, the control system will alarm, the management personnel will evacuate the building in time, and repair the damaged place, generally 30 minutes to an hour can be repaired. Building safety will not be affected. American standard: when all doors are opened, the average height of the air-dome building falls to 2.5 meters for no less than 30 minutes, giving people enough time to escape. Our own example: Foxconn plant project, all the inflatable equipment stopped, all the doors do not open, the dome fell to the height of 5 meters is about 4 hours. 2. How to quote for air-domes? The building quotation requires the owner to provide the following information: site area, use of the air dome, permanent or seasonal, grade of membrane materials, internal configuration: heating, air conditioning, lighting, insulation cotton, number of emergency doors, number of revolving doors, etc. 3. Can this kind of building be made into various shapes according to customers' requirements? As it is supported by the difference of internal and external air pressure, the air dome cannot be made into any shape. The most common plane is rectangular, oval or circular (air dome is supported by gas, and there is no column or beam inside, so its top is not angular, but has a some arc). 4. Why is the air dome made of two or three layers? It can also be made into a single layer, such as coal shed and ordinary factory building, the double-layer insulation effect will be better, at the same time, it can be filled with insulation cotton between the two layers of dome. The third floor can completely eliminate the hidden danger of cold bridge, and has an absolute advantage in snow and ice sports. 5. Can the air dome building be used as a large-scale competition venue? As a building with high requirements on air tightness, the air membrane building does not have too many entrances and exits, which is not suitable for large flow of people and intensive activities in a long time, but suitable for the training hall. If you need build large venues, the air dome building needs to be integrated with traditional architecture, such like revolving door emergency door need stand part in traditional architectural design, the air dome can be used as a roof, greatly reduced the investment stadium.
