Xshf2-3 type wet separation prototype is suitable for the wet separation of pulp and test products in the laboratory. Three, structure
Xshf2-3 wet separation prototype consists of the following main parts: (1) feed hopper; (2) mixing mixing barrel; (3) pulp distribution part; (4) pulp interceptor part; (5) pulp aggregate filling part; (6) bed; (7) pulp mixing barrel control switch; (8) distributor control switch. The distributor disc rotates counter clockwise.
1. Structural drive system:
The motion system of the prototype is divided into two transmission routes: (1) mixing transmission; (2) distribution transmission, all of which are single motor drive.
(1) The mixing drive motor is input to the passive shaft through the belt pulley deceleration, so that the mixing impeller can run at a uniform speed.
(2) The distribution drive system is directly driven by the precise deceleration motor imported from Germany, which makes the distributor run at a constant speed and counter clockwise.
2. Structure form of main components:
(1) The electric appliance and control switch are set on the right side of the bed.
(2) The gearbox is directly connected with the motor. The distributor and the transmission shaft are connected by right-hand thread.

Four,Reductive principle
After the pulp is evenly stirred in the mixing drum, it is fed into the overflow funnel. Then it flows into the pulp distributor with a homogenizing cone. The distributor is a uniform rotating body. The pulp is divided into eight equal parts. Then evenly feed them into the cutting hopper. 12 funnels. Each one occupies an arc length of 360 ° / 12 = 30 °. Thus, it can ensure that the amount of pulp intercepted by each funnel is equal in unit time. Therefore, using xdhf2-3 wet separation prototype to complete the pulp shrinkage process can ensure that the obtained samples are representative in the particle size composition and chemical composition of solid content.
