Delivery

1.If the order is not big,door to door service by courier is okay,such as TNT,DHL,Fedex,UPS,EMS etc to all countries.We will send you a Tracking Number when we ship the items for you to track;

2.By air or sea through your pointed forwarder is the normal way we do. FOB Port is Guangzhou, Shenzhen and HongKong.

3.If you don't have your forwarder,we can find the cheapest forwarder to ship the goods to your pointed port.

The price is negotiable. It will vary according to your quantity or package. When you are making an inquiry,please let us know the quantity you want.

For existing products, we can ship it within 2 days after receiving your payment.

For custom order, quantity within 1000pcs, production time is 20-25 days after confirmed all details. Above 1000 pcs, please contact us directly.

3. What is your packing based on the price you quoted?

The price we quoted is based on bubble bag,white paper bag and export carton that we normally use.

4. Can we mark our own logo on the watch?

Yes, we can make the logo for you. Usually the logo can be marked on dial, case back, crown or buckle,depending on customer’s request. If you want to print or mark any logo, please let us know,so we can figure out the cost for you.

5. What about the warranty?

We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition.
