By now, JUMP has produced tomato paste with three kinds of concentrate: 28-30%Brix HB/CB, 30-32%Brix HB/CBand 36-38%Brix CB. The tomato paste is packed in 220Liter steel drum (with the aseptic bag inside). The tomato paste produced by JUMP has been in good supply to various countries like USA, Russia, European Union, Australia, Korea, Japan, U.A.E., Morocco, Yemen, Suriname, Nigeria, etc.

Raw material detail:
Xinjiang is a beautiful place where the virginal soil, slush from Tianshan and plenteous sunshine are naturally suitable to breed high quality tomato with good color, high Brix consistence , abundant lycopene and free of plant disease and insect pests. Xinjiang JUMP set up a 15,000 Ha tomato base himself in Shihezi city, Xinjiang Province and it’s set up as per the standard of organic food.

Raw material- washing – sorting – crushing – preheating – pulping & refining - vacuum evaporating – sterilization - aseptic filling - storage
