1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer since 2005.

2. What type of wax do you have? We use soy wax, paraffin wax and palm wax.

We also can blend the wax as per your request.

3.What are your Payment terms?

30% deposit, 70% payment against the copy of B/L or LC at sight. Please feel free to let us know if you like other payment term if the order is relatively small and it is more convenient for you.

4. Leading time?

7-15 days if we have stock. Customized products 45-60 days after all sample details confirmed.

5. Sample time?

3-7 days if we have stock. 15-30 days if it is customized design.

6. What is your FOB port?

Shanghai or Ningbo.

7. MOQ?

Moq could be different depending on different models. Normally it is 12-500pcs per item if we have stocks, and the moq for OEM products is about 2000pcs per item.

8.What fragrance do you have?

We can send you a fragrance list for your reference after we know your preference. Our main fragrance suppliers are Firmenich, Symrise, CPL and Drom, who are all famous fragrance suppliers in the aroma industry in the world.
