1.Are you a factory?

We are a professional factory for solar lamps. The company currently employs more than 800 people, with a plant area of more than 50,000 square meters. 2. How is the quality of your products?

 We use high-quality materials and processes, including lampshade, crystal, metal and electroplating, etc. 100%  The product will be tested and kept illuminated to test its quality and reliability, from raw materials to semi-assembly to completion Products. Each product should pass all these QC procedures before being shipped to customers.

3. What transportation method do you use?

A. By express such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS, etc., the delivery time is about 5-10 days

B. Air freight When your order exceeds 100 kg, it will be more economical than express.

C. Shipping Once we know where your shipping port will ship, we will update the ocean freight.

D. Agent appointed by the customer Please tell us the contact details of your shipping agent and we will arrange the delivery to them.

4. Can I print my logo on the carton?

 Yes. Please inform us formally before production, and first confirm the design according to our samples.

5. Can I give a sample order for led lights?

Yes, we welcome to order samples to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

6. What about the preparation time?

 It takes 3-7 days for samples and 10-45 days for mass production

7. Do you have a minimum order quantity limit for lighting orders?

Low MOQ, 1pc is used for sample inspection

8. How to place an order for led lights?

First let us know your requirements and quantity.

Secondly, we quote according to your request or our suggestion.

Third, the customer confirms the sample and places an order for the formal order.

Fourth, we arrange production.

9. Is it possible to print my logo on the led light product?

Yes. Please inform us formally before production, and first confirm the design based on our samples.

10 . Do you provide guarantees for the products?

Yes, we provide 2-5 years warranty for our products.

11. How to deal with the fault?

First of all, our products are produced under a strict quality control system, the defect rate will be reduced  0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders with a small number of new orders. for  Defective batch of products, we will repair it and resend it to you or we can discuss the solution

12.Does RTS order support spot direct delivery?

Yes, RTS orders are basically available in stock, and customers can place the order directly, but hope to contact the customer service staff before placing the order to better understand your requirements.
