Our factory is located in Changzhou City which near Shanghai of China, about 1 hour by train.

What certificates do your products have ?

EN 15194 (we can do any certificate if you need).

Can I get sample and how long will it take?

Yes,we as a professional manufacturer, sample and small orders are acceptable., we will send the bike within 3-7 days after received your payment. 

What's the MOQ?

Our MOQ is 10 pcs.

Can I have my own customized product?

Yes. Your customized requirements for color,  logo,  design,  package,  carton mark,  your language manual etc. are very welcome.

Can I mix different models in one container?

Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container.

What's the delivery time?

 It will take about 30days to finish an order. But the exact time is according to actual situation.

What is the payment terms?

T/T 30% pay as deposit and 70% pay before the L/C at sight, Western Union, Paypal.

How does your factory carry out quality control?

Quality is the first important, We always attach great importance to quality control from every begining to the end of the production. Every product will be full assembled and carefully tested before packing and shipping.
