Q: What should I pay attehtion while installing the chip?
A: Please note that chip will be destoryed without toner or lack of toner. Do not install for testing new chip directly on the old cartridge and pay attention to the installing direction, to make sure the new replacement chip in the same position.
Q: How to install the toner chip?
A: First, remove the toner cartridge in need of replacement and do not put the new one urgently. Secondly, shut off the machine cover and wait until it suggests no cartridge. (No need shutting off the machine) Thirdly, put the new replacement toner cartridge into the machine.
