A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q4. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in gift boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 1-7 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

Q7: Do you accept small quantity for first trial order?
A: Yes,we do accept small quantity like 30pcs,50pcs.

Q8: Do you have warranty policy if there are some quality problem?
A:We provide a one year return policy if there are any quantity problem.

Q9. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

A: Sure.Our engineer will draw artwork based on your description until you are satisfied.

Q11: Can you provide OEM service and how much of the quantity?
A: Yes.We accept OEM service and quantity for it is 500pcs including logo and package.
