New generation powder cellulase Bio polishing enzyme HT-843 for denim washing

Brief information

HT-843 is a high conc. new generation powder cellulase, designed for easy and fast conversion to liquid form. Perform biofinishing. Perfectly at pH 5.0 to 6.0, but still work significantly well at pH 7.0. Do perform effective together with reactive dyeing, in one bath one step method.

After dilution, solution form can stay stable for at least a month

A clear and stable ready-to-use liquid cellulase can be based on 7.5 % to 16% dilution

Broad operating pH range, still work significant well at pH7.0

Thermal-stable compare to liquid cellulase                        

Relatively lower strength lost as compared to conventional Acid Cellulase

Application

High strength product, pre-dilution with clean water is needed before application.

Dosage based on 10% dilution:

Garments (Belly washers/Front loaders) : 0.3% - 1.0% owg

Fabrics (Jets and soft flow) : 0.5% - 1.5% owf

Note: based on 1 :8 to 1: 12 liquor ratio

Packing:

To prolong the product shelf life, kindly store Bio polishing enzyme 843 at 25C or below in a sealed container. Exposure of this product to elevated temperature for a long period of time may results in loss of the enzyme activity.

Safety Enzyme Handling

Inhalation of enzyme mists should be avoided. In case of contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinse with water for at least 15 minutes.
