 1. What is your MOQ?

Usually, we have most of products in our stock, you only need to order more than 10 pieces per item. 

2. Can I get samples?

Sure, we usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refurdable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with  your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, Western Union, we will ship with our account.

3. How long is lead time of samples?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days, they are free, if you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need printing screen etc.

4. How many colors are available?

We match colors with Pantone matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need us with match the colors or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
