1. Do you have a competitive price?
We designed patterns by ourselves and we are factory so we can offer the competitive price to you. and welcome to visit our factory.
2. How can I get the discount?
The discount is up to your order quantity. Big order will have a cheap price.Your rolling order can help you get a bigger discount.Delivery time, material and Graft will influence the price.
3. How do you control the quality?
Our factory is a 20 years experiences product manufacture. And all our workers have at least 3 years experiences in textiles .We check the finish product one by one, make sure the quality is good.
4. What is your MOQ?
To our Existing stock style, there is no MOQ. 10 PCS, 100 PCS… IS OK.
If you are a professional purchaser or specialize, we can do very small quantity for you. 50 pcs or 200 pcs. We hope there will be a bigger one after that. Then there will not be MOQ to you.
5. How about the label and the logo ?
Of course we accept customer customize the label and logo . and if you want other product we also welcome to map custom.
6.How can I get the samples?
For regular products, sample swatches are for free. But express cost will be on clients.
7.Sample time?
Fabric samples could be sent out within 2 days. Ready-made samples could be sent out within 5-7 days.
8. What information should be offered by clients before quotation?
Please kindly offer us detailed information, such as: material (fabric construction), size, color, quantity, package, etc.It will be better if pictures, samples and artworks can be provided.
9.How about shipping terms?
It could be FedEx, DHL,TNT,UPS, EMS for samples or small quantity of goods. For bulk, it could be sea shipment.Air shipment: Fast,but expensive.Sea shipment: Economy. But slow
