Q: Can I get a sample?

A: Yes, We can provide customized samples to you,but it need sample fee. The fee can give back to you when you place order and order qty is above 120pcs.

Q: Is it possible to print logo on sample order or bulk order?
A: Yes, both available; please supply your logo before producing.

Q: How long is the production lead time?  

A: It takes 15-25 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed.We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

Q: What documents do you need if I want my own design?    

A: We have our own designer in company . So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF,           etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.

Q: Can you delivery to my address?
A: It’s no problem, we can help you arrange the shipment to your near port or address.

Q: What is your payment term?  

A: Our normal payment term is TT 50% deposit after order signed and 50% against copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight. We also can do credit insurance order from Alibaba.
