Filled bottle conveyor line is composed by a number of conveyor units, which can be connected in accordance with the actual requirements. It mainly contains a basic transport unit, no-pressure transmission unit, bottle deposit station, etc. The conveyor plays transport and storage functions in the whole production line, so that the containers could convey between the various single machine in the filling production line.

For different containers, different chain plate materials are selected. For PET bottles adopt plastic-steel chain plates and for glass bottles or cans use stainless steel chain plate.

The whole line is equipped with two sets of no pressure conveying system, which finds solution for following problems, bottle crush, block, collapse and broken, loud noise and un-stabilization, etc. caused by lines changing during the process of production in high speed. The conveying system is made up of an 8-meter multi-lines (Max: ≥12 lines) slanting conveying with three sections in different speed, which is functioned by three speed-adjustable frequency conversion motors. Meanwhile the photo-electronic driver is set on every section for check and to change the conveying speed through the pulse signal traced by PLC that ensures bottle offering without any crush and block. Otherwise, the section is also equipped with bottle guidance and bottle arrangement sets.

∗No pressure conveying system can be divided into two suits: the first is the section for single-to-multi and multi-to-single lines on capper entrance; the second suit is the section on entrance of labeling machine (single-to-multi and multi-to-single lines).

∗The magnetic suction or corner chain is applied to corner conveyor.

Stable conveying: bottles are smoothly transferred on the single-lined chain plate without any crush or collapse.

∗The electronic control components are imported, such as SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER and MITSUBISHI, etc. with signal on labeling machine.

∗Programming control and speed-adjustable frequency conversion motor are adapted for the simultaneous speed between conveying and mainframe.

∗The bottle-flow-check switch automatically pause motor operation in accordance with the signal.
