Set up your device before using server or APP
Step 1-- Insert the SIM card
After inserting the SIM, dial the SIM’s number.
If get through with no answer, the device works.
Step 2 -- Admin number setting (After admin number setting, all SMS operations to the device are under this number only.)
Command: admin123456 phone number(This phone number is your own mobile phone number , not the SIM card number in tracker .)
Reply:admin ok

Notice: All commands be correct forms & don't go to next step before receiving reply from the device
A: As long as your country has regular 2G GSM network. If you use 3G SIM card or 4G SIM card, before testing,make sure it has 2G GSM service.
2) Q: Does your web platform/ APP have monthly or yearly subscription fees?
A: No, our web platform and APP are life-long free for our customers.
3) Q: Can I choose to use other platforms or my own servers?
A: Yes. We have long-term cooperation with many third-party platforms such as Wialon, Traccar and Gpsgate. Also, we could send our open communication protocols to you if necessary.
4) Q: How many devices can I have in one account on your platform or APP?
A: There is no limit to the number of devices used in one account. So, you can add as many devices as you like to your account.
5) Q: Do your GPS trackers have real-time tracking function?
A: Yes. After registeration, you can send command *routetrack*99* to the device and you could have real-time tracking.
6) Q: How do your gps trackers work?
A: We use sms to command the devices. The gps trackers would alert you by SMS/ Call in unusual cases. Also, you can monitor the devices on our free platform or APP.
7) Q: Should the devices work with SIM card?
A: Yes, you need to use a SIM card with SMS, Call and GPRS functions.
8) Q: Hong long can the battery last?
A: In normal use, 3-5 years.
9) Q: Do you have warranty for your products?
A: Yes, we have 12-month warranty for all our products, except for unnatural damage. And we provide good after-sales service for many years.
10) Q: Do you have any certificates for your products?
A: Yes. We have EC-RED, CE and RoHS certificates
After setting APN and master phone number successfully, you could try to log in our free Web server or APP. Our Web server & APP are life long free. And the data is available forever.
You could use as many devices as you like in one account.
On the Web server, you could read the history, add geo-fence and so on. On the APP
you could observe the real time tracking of the objects
Please do not register directly on our Web server or APP. Our dear customers are suggested
to register and command the device by SMS. If your SIM card does not have SMS function.
For those people who use SIM cards only with GPRS function, please use your APN portal to
send messages to command the device.
For customers who do not want to use our Web server & APP, please contact us when you
get the product. We would send the instructions and protocols to you and help you use
the third-part servers or your own server.
