Counter Molding Machine Characteristic
1. The upper cool-die adopts the pneumatic boot, so you don't need to change the mold frequently. The latter mold uses single screw to replace rapidly, increase productivity and lower the cost of making mold.
2. The upper hot-die adopts the high-temperature resistant silica. After controlling temperature and reactivating, the Aluminum mold can adjust the temperature itself and suits for all materials. In order to get the best molding effect, we make the machine according to customers' requirements.
3. The machine is with focus light and multi-functional fixtures. The temperature of freezing and molding attains below 30-40 degree, helping to mold the upper and lasting.
