BST203-D 2 Channels Piezo & Electromagnetic Common Rail Injector Tester
1. BST203-D 2 channels piezo & electromagnetic common rail injector tester can test all common rail injectors including piezo type and electromagnetic type. It is used to test quality, opening, working, atomizing of common rail injectors. Can work with a hand pump or a ultrasonic bath.
2. BST203-D tester can test 2 same type of common rail injectors simultaneous and sequential.
BST203-D tester can test 2 same type of piezo common rail injectors together at the same time, or test 2 same type of electromagnetic common rail injectors together at the same time.

3. BST203-D tester has 4 basic testing modes. The maximum testing frequency is 60Hz. The maximum testing width pulse is 6000Us. Mode 4 is full load.

with pulse 0800uS, frequency 0008Hz
Mode 3
width pulse 0700uS, frequency 0020Hz
Mode 4
width pulse 0300uS, frequency 0060Hz
4. BST203-D tester can set injection time and count, has Counter/Timer button on the key pad.
If customers need to set injection time when testing, they can touch counter/time button to set time, and then touch + or - button to increase or decrease injection time.
If customers need to set count, they can touch counter/time button again to set count, and then touch + or - button to increase or decrease count of injection.
If customers do not need to set count and injection time, they can test injectors under limited count.
5. BST203-D tester can adjust frequency and width pulse of common rail injectors when testing.
Customers touch buton of CRI to select type of injector, touch Channel button to select one injector testing or two injectors testing, touch button of MODE to select basic testing mode, touch button of COUNTER/TIME to set injection time or count, and then touch START/STOP button to start to test injector, and select to increase or decrease frequency or width pulse during testing.
6. BST203-D designs four connectors.
3pin connector is used to connect with piezo injectors, 2pin connector is used to connect with electromagnetic common rail injectors. Please do not connect wrongly, otherwise it will damage electrical board of BST203-D tester.
7. BST203-D tester has 4 indicator lights
It is easy for customers to judge problem of injectors according to flash of indicator light.
8. BST203-D has 2 batteries inside, can support high voltage injectors.
